It’s comfort food of Assam. This dish is accompanied with dal and rice. This dish consists of mashed potatoes, salt, coriander, onion, and mustard oil. It could be eaten during lunch or dinner.

Xaak Aru Bhaji  

A side dish, it is made from vegetables and herbs. Once cooked, it's seasoned with ginger, garlic, and dash of lemon juice.
